Absolutely fantastic customer service!

My knife was returned to sender when it reached UK customs. When raised with the team they very quickly arranged for another courier to ship having checked with them in advance that they were able to import kitchen knives. Item arrived within 24 hours of resending (now that’s impressive!).

The shop is well stocked with high quality Japanese knives, at very competitive prices. They hold stock of items which are currently only available on waiting lists (Hado/Masakage being incredible hard to get a hold of currently).

Item arrived in good condition and as expected!
